🎮 Gameplay & Community Data

• Discord messages where accessible to moderation systems

💳 Purchases & Donations

When purchasing items, packages, perks, or other services associated with Zodiac RP, we may receive limited transaction information from approved payment platforms.

• Discord or FiveM account associated with the purchase
• Payment status

Zodiac RP does not directly store full credit card, debit card, or other complete payment information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Tebex or other approved services.

However, no online service, server, database, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Players should also protect their own account credentials and avoid sharing sensitive personal information through in-game chat, Discord, tickets, or other community services.

5️⃣ Streaming & Recording

Zodiac RP is a roleplay community where gameplay may be recorded or livestreamed.

By participating in the server, you acknowledge that other players may:

• Record gameplay
• Record your in-game voice
• Livestream gameplay
• Upload clips or videos
• Share screenshots
• Create content featuring interactions involving your character

Your:

• Character
• Voice
• Vehicle
• In-game actions
• Roleplay interactions

may therefore appear in content created by other players.

Zodiac RP is not responsible for recordings or content independently created and distributed by third parties outside of services controlled by Zodiac RP.

6️⃣ Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for:

• Server operation
• Moderation
• Security
• Fraud prevention
• Ban enforcement
• Ban-evasion prevention
• Player support
• Administrative records
• Purchase verification

Certain moderation information involving banned or restricted users may be retained to prevent ban evasion or repeated violations.

Information that is no longer required may be deleted, archived, or anonymized where appropriate.

Depending on applicable circumstances and legal requirements, users may be able to request:

• Access to certain information associated with their account
• Correction of inaccurate information

Requests regarding your information should be submitted through the official Zodiac RP Discord ticket system.

Staff may request reasonable verification to confirm that the request is being made by the correct account owner.

• Server hosting providers
• Anti-cheat services

• Website hosting providers

These third-party services operate under their own privacy policies, Terms of Service, and data practices.

Zodiac RP does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party services.

Players should review the applicable policies of those services separately.

9️⃣ Children’s Privacy

Zodiac RP does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who do not meet the minimum age requirements established by the server or applicable platforms.

If Zodiac RP becomes aware that an individual does not meet the required minimum age, appropriate action may be taken, including:

• Removal of associated information where appropriate
• Restriction of account access
• Removal from the community

🔟 Policy Updates

Zodiac RP may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect changes involving:

When significant changes are made, the Last Updated date may be changed and the community may be notified through official Zodiac RP channels.
